On October 10th, undergraduate and graduate students and post-doctoral fellows from the Department of Chemical Engineering presented their research as part of the Annual Queen’s University and Royal Military College of Canada (RMC) Chemical Engineering Poster Session organized by the Chemical Engineering Graduate Student Association (CEGSA).
Students of Drs. Robin Hutchinson, Rachel Baker, Ehssan Koupaie, Kevin De France, Kim McAuley, as well as many supervised by Faculty in the Department of Chemistry and from RMC, showcased their research in a wide variety of sub disciplines. Students had the opportunity to further develop their communication skills and were adjudicated by a panel of judges including Dr. Ran Xu (Technology Manager, DuPont), Dr. Peter Gilbert, Dr. Robin Hutchinson, and Dr. Hridaynath Bhattacharjee (Department of Chemistry, Queen’s University).
Thanks to members of CEGSA for organizing the session and a big thanks to DuPont, the School of Graduate Studies and Post-Doctoral Affairs, and the Dunin-Deshpande Queen’s Innovation Center (DDQIC) for sponsoring this student initiative.
