AISES has been advancing Indigenous people in STEM for almost 50 years, and has recently expanded the circle into Canada!

Indigenous post-secondary student registration deposit of $50 will be reimbursed after conference attendance is confirmed. If you register but do not attend, the deposit is non-refundable. Regular registration fees apply to non-student delegates.
A special hotel rate of $179 per night is available, double occupancy on rooms with two queen beds. You may book through the link until October 18 to guarantee this rate. Alternatively, you may call the hotel directly to book a reservation within the group block.
The direct number for the front desk is 613-548-3605, and let the hotel know that you would like to make a reservation within the Smith Engineering group block.
For INDIGENOUS POST-SECONDARY STUDENTS: hotel fees will be covered by our generous conference sponsors! Please indicate your hotel request on registration. Students will be paired two to a room, and can request a roommate. Available rooms will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis to students who have paid their registration deposit.
